The MultiWall system is certified under a Severe Duty (SD) level according to BS5234 Standard.
Testing factors Severe Duty Test Criteria
Stiffness Test Certified 50kg pressure at 1.5m height with bending less than 1mm when  pressure is removed.
Surface damage by small hard body impact test Certified Damage tested after the bounce from a 3kg, 50mm steel bob with a 63.6 degree and a 131.8 degree bounce angle repeated 10 times to investigate the damage of the wall holes.
Surface penetration by surface small hard body impact test
 Certified
Resistance to damage by large soft impact test
 Certified Damage test of wall and structure after the bounce from a 50kg water-drop-shaped sand bag, swung to bounce against the wall and grid system without causing any structural damage.
Resistance to structural damage by large soft impact test. Certified
Door slam test
 Certified Tested with 60kg door with support and usage times, opened and closed with 15kg of force repeated 100 times without causing damage.
