Introduction

Therefore, the material selection for construction needs to follow the policy and laws.

The fire rated system is easy to install and provides custom fireproof features as needed. These include features such as, being lightweight and being easy to modify and remove with a dry-clean system. It reduces damage and waste in the installation area. Moreover, the Siam Gypsum Company has developed HiWall or extra high wall to be strong and easy to install without any steel system requirements. It is lightweight and costs less than general high wall.
